Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This policy sets the rules for using Nexify, operated by NEXAITECH LTD. It applies to the catalogue now, and to AI tools and the editor if they are launched.

You must not use Nexify to

• Break the law, including fraud, phishing, or selling illegal goods or services.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code, or hide that code in a template or a generated site.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Infringe copyright, trade marks, or other rights. You may not upload assets you do not have rights to use.
• Probe, scan, or break access controls, or interfere with other people’s sessions.
• Overload the service, scrape it to build a competing catalogue, or bypass a technical limit.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse another person.
• Misuse an AI tool to create deceptive, exploitative, or unlawful content, or to hide that the output is being used to defraud someone.

Enforcement

We may remove content, refuse a download, or end a session if we reasonably believe this policy is being broken. For a future account system, we may suspend or close the account. We will explain the reason unless the law prevents it or the notice would put someone at risk. You can reply to that notice at the legal contact once it is published.

We may keep the minimum server log needed to investigate abuse. There is no separate sanctions database on this deployment.
