Nexify
Refund Policy
Last updated 5 November 2026. This is a professional draft for NEXAITECH LTD. It is not a legal certificate, an ICO registration, or a statement that Stripe has approved Nexify.
Introduction
This policy explains refunds for Nexify Membership, sold by NEXAITECH LTD. Templates are not sold individually; downloads come with the membership. This policy does not say that every digital purchase is non-refundable. UK law gives consumers rights that these terms cannot take away.
If the Membership page says purchase is not open, no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund.
The 14-day right and template downloads
Template files are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, a consumer normally has 14 days from the start of the membership to cancel. For this kind of digital content, that right ends only once supply has begun, and only if the consumer gave express prior consent to immediate access and acknowledged that the right would be lost. At checkout that acknowledgement is a separate box that is not pre-ticked.
Supply begins when you first download a template. If you cancel within 14 days of the first payment and have not downloaded any template, you get a full refund of that payment. We record the time of your first download on your Stripe subscription so we can check this.
Once you have downloaded a template, the 14-day right no longer applies to that payment. Later renewal payments are not covered by a new 14-day right, but you can cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
Faulty or not as described
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content supplied to a consumer must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose you made known and that we accepted, and as described. If it is not, you can ask for a repair or a replacement. If that is impossible, or not done in a reasonable time, or it causes significant inconvenience, you can ask for a price reduction, which can be up to the full amount paid. These rights are separate from the 14-day cancellation right and are not waived by starting a download.
A corrupted file that will not open, a download that does not match its template page, or a catalogue that does not work as described are grounds to contact us. We will supply a working copy, or, if we cannot, give a price reduction or refund for the affected membership period.
Wrong, duplicate, and unauthorised payments
- If you are charged twice for the same membership period, the duplicate will be refunded after we match it to the Stripe record.
- If you were charged for a renewal after you cancelled before the renewal date, that renewal will be refunded.
- If the amount or currency does not match the price you accepted, we will correct it or refund it.
- If a payment was not authorised by you, tell your card issuer as well as us. We will review the payment reference Stripe gives us. We do not store the card number.
Approved refunds are made through Stripe to the payment method that was charged.
Needs confirmation: the number of days a refund review will take. No timeline is invented here.
How to ask
Email the support address on the contact page with the email used at checkout, your membership ID from the account page, and the Stripe receipt number. Membership purchase stays closed until that support address is published. The on-site contact form does not deliver mail, so do not use it as proof that a refund request was received.
A business customer does not have the consumer cancellation right, but a faulty file or a billing error will still be corrected.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Any refund we offer in addition to those rights is voluntary and will be described at the time.
