Nexify
Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 November 2026. This is a professional draft for NEXAITECH LTD. It is not a legal certificate, an ICO registration, or a statement that Stripe has approved Nexify.
Introduction
This policy explains how NEXAITECH LTD (“we”) handles personal data when you use the Nexify website at https://www.nexifytemp.com. Nexify is the brand. NEXAITECH LTD is the legal entity.
This is a professional draft for publication, not a certificate that the business is registered with the ICO or that a particular security standard has been audited.
Needs confirmation before you rely on this in a filing: the public contact emails, whether a customer database will be added, and which suppliers will actually process data.
Data controller
The controller is NEXAITECH LTD, company number 17555522, incorporated in the United Kingdom on 2 November 2026.
Address: 102 Rookery Court, 8 0 Ruckholt Road, Mainyard Studios Office C05 Suite G1292, London, United Kingdom, E10 5FA.
We do not claim ICO registration on this page. Add a registration number here only after it exists.
What this website does today
The live site is a template catalog. Anyone can browse and preview templates. Downloads are included with a paid Nexify Membership, billed monthly or annually through Stripe Checkout. If the Membership page says purchase is not open, no payment is taken. There is no Nexify customer database and no AI generator connected on this deployment.
The intended product also includes AI website generation, AI editing, and a drag-and-drop builder. Those tools are not processing personal data here until they are switched on. This policy will be updated before they launch.
Personal data we collect
- Identity and contact details you type into a form: name and email. Company and message fields exist on the contact form, but that form does not deliver messages yet.
- A signed session cookie that stores the name, email, a security token, and, for members, the plan, membership status, renewal date, and the Stripe customer and subscription references.
- For members, the billing name, email, country, payment status, invoices, and the time you accepted the terms and asked for immediate access, held by Stripe on our account. The time of your first template download is added to the Stripe subscription record so a refund request can be assessed fairly.
- Technical data your browser sends with a normal request, such as IP address in server logs held by the host. We do not run our own analytics store.
We do not ask for your card number, and this site does not store card data.
Account information
Login and signup do not create a password account. The name and email stay in the signed cookie for up to 30 days, or until you sign out or clear site data. There is no separate account database to export.
Payment information
Membership payments are taken on Stripe Checkout, a page hosted by Stripe. You type card details into Stripe, not into Nexify. We receive limited billing details from Stripe, such as a payment status, a customer reference, and a subscription reference, not the full card number.
Needs confirmation: the Stripe account, its legal entity, and its data processing terms must be in place before membership purchase is opened.
AI prompts and generated content
This deployment does not send prompts to an AI provider and does not store generated sites. If AI tools are added, prompts, edits, and outputs would be personal data when they relate to an identifiable user. They would be used to provide the tool, to keep the service secure, and, only with a stated lawful basis, to improve quality. They would not be used to train a public model unless that is disclosed first and a lawful basis exists.
Website usage information
Pages are served without a Nexify analytics tag. The hosting provider may keep request logs to operate and secure the service. We do not sell browsing profiles.
Cookies
The session cookie described in the Cookie Policy is strictly necessary for sign-in, security, and membership access. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are not set. Your cookie choice is stored in local storage on your device so the banner does not reload optional tools.
Analytics
No analytics product is installed. If one is added, its script will load only after you opt in, and this policy will name the provider.
Third-party providers
- The site is hosted so that pages and files can be delivered. The host processes request data as a processor or independent provider under its own infrastructure terms.
- Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts when a page loads. That request sends your IP address to Google.
- Stripe processes membership payments, subscriptions, invoices, and the billing portal used to cancel.
- No email delivery, CRM, or AI vendor is connected.
Stripe
Stripe processes payment data for memberships under its own privacy notice. We never ask you to type a card number into a Nexify field. This page does not claim that Stripe has reviewed or approved Nexify.
Storage, retention, and security
Session data stays in your browser cookie for up to 30 days after your last visit. We do not keep a Nexify server-side copy of your name, email, or messages, because no database or inbox is connected. Billing records for members are kept in our Stripe account. A fixed retention schedule for those records has not been set.
The session cookie is signed so it can be detected if it is altered. It is marked HttpOnly. This is not a claim of ISO 27001 or any other certification. None is held on the basis of this draft.
Needs confirmation: how long Stripe billing records and support messages will be kept, taking account of UK tax record-keeping duties.
International transfers
Hosting, font delivery, and Stripe can involve processing outside the UK. Where UK GDPR requires it, transfers need an adequacy decision, the UK IDTA or Addendum, or another lawful safeguard. The current host’s region is chosen in the hosting account and is not restated here as a legal guarantee.
UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
We handle personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For the session cookie and the pages you ask for, the lawful bases we rely on are contract (showing you the catalogue and providing the membership you bought), legal obligation (keeping billing records), and legitimate interests (keeping the site secure and handling refund requests). Consent is the basis for any optional analytics or marketing storage, which is off unless you opt in. We do not use personal data for automated decisions that produce legal effects.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase, or restrict personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can ask for portability where the basis is contract or consent and the processing is automated. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time with Cookie settings. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Because this deployment does not keep a Nexify customer database, the personal data we hold is what is in your own cookie and, for members, the billing record in our Stripe account. Signing out or clearing site data deletes the browser copy. A request about the Stripe record can be made once a privacy email is published.
Children
Nexify is aimed at people who are 18 or older, and at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent personal data, use the privacy contact once it is published and we will delete the session data we can still identify.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and change the date above. If a change affects a tool that is not live yet, we will update this policy before that tool starts processing personal data.
Contact
Write to NEXAITECH LTD at the address above. Privacy, support, and legal email addresses are published on the contact page when they have been confirmed. They are not invented on this policy.
