Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This policy is about cancelling a Nexify Membership with NEXAITECH LTD. The membership is the only thing sold on the site. Templates are not sold one by one.

Monthly and annual memberships

A monthly membership has a billing period of one month and an annual membership has a billing period of one year, each starting on the day of the first payment. The checkout screen shows the price, the currency, the period, and that the plan renews automatically, before you continue to payment. Nothing is pre-ticked.

A membership continues for the next period, and the next payment is taken, unless you cancel before the renewal date shown on your account page.

How to cancel

Open your account page and choose Manage or cancel membership. This opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel in a few clicks, without a phone call and without a retention offer you must refuse. You can also ask us to cancel by writing to the support email on the contact page.

Stripe shows a confirmation on screen when the cancellation is saved, and your account page then shows the date access ends. Stripe can also send a receipt email if that is enabled on our Stripe account.

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, unless a statutory cancellation right ends the contract sooner. Downloads stay available until that date, then stop.

Future billing

After a cancellation is received before renewal, the next renewal is not charged. A charge that already happened for the current period is not reversed only because you cancelled, except where the Refund Policy or a statutory right says otherwise.

Statutory cancellation rights

Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel a new membership under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel within 14 days of the first payment and have not downloaded any template, the first payment is refunded in full. Once you download a template after giving the separate immediate-access consent at checkout, that right ends for that payment, as explained in the Refund Policy. These statutory rights are not made harder to use than the law allows.

Templates already downloaded

Cancelling a membership does not delete template files you already downloaded. The licence on each template page still applies to those files.
