Nexify
AI Usage Policy
Last updated 5 November 2026. This is a professional draft for NEXAITECH LTD. It is not a legal certificate, an ICO registration, or a statement that Stripe has approved Nexify.
These tools are not live
Nexify, operated by NEXAITECH LTD, is intended to offer AI website generation, AI editing, and a drag-and-drop builder. None of those features runs on this website today. No prompt is sent to a model. No provider has been selected on this page.
Needs confirmation: the model provider, the region, and whether any prompt is retained by that provider, before the feature is switched on.
Limits of output
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or similar to existing work. We do not promise that output is unique, accurate, fit for a regulated purpose, free from infringement, or protected by copyright. You have to review it yourself before you publish or sell it.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for prompts you submit and for sites you publish. Do not submit personal data you do not have a reason to share, and do not submit confidential information belonging to someone else. You must have rights to images and text you upload into an editor.
Ownership
We do not promise that you own copyright in AI output, or that the output is exclusive to you. UK law on computer-generated works and on AI output is fact-specific. You keep rights you already had in your own inputs. Our brand, the editor software, and our templates stay ours or our licensors’, and are covered by the template licence and the Terms of Service.
Prohibited use
You must not use an AI feature to break the Acceptable Use Policy, to impersonate a person, to create malware, or to hide the source of a fraud. We may disable a feature for abuse. Because the feature is not live, there is no AI account to suspend today.
Availability and providers
An AI feature can be withdrawn, rate-limited, or changed when a provider changes its service. Third-party providers, once named, will process prompts under the Privacy Policy. We will name them before the feature launches. We will not describe a provider as processing data until that contract exists.
