Nexify
Terms of Service
Last updated 5 November 2026. This is a professional draft for NEXAITECH LTD. It is not a legal certificate, an ICO registration, or a statement that Stripe has approved Nexify.
Introduction
These terms govern use of the Nexify website operated by NEXAITECH LTD (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms do not remove rights that UK law gives a consumer and that cannot be waived. Where you are acting as a trader, consumer-only rights may not apply to you. Mandatory rights still apply to whichever category you are in.
Who we are
NEXAITECH LTD, company number 17555522, 102 Rookery Court, 8 0 Ruckholt Road, Mainyard Studios Office C05 Suite G1292, London, United Kingdom, E10 5FA. Brand name: Nexify. Website: https://www.nexifytemp.com.
The service
The site lets anyone browse and preview website templates. Templates are not sold individually. A Nexify Membership, billed monthly or annually, lets you download any template in the catalogue while the membership is active. The wider Nexify product is intended to include AI website generation, AI editing, and a drag-and-drop builder. Those tools are not available for use or for payment on this deployment, and the membership price does not include them.
Needs confirmation: which of the intended tools will launch, and on what date, before marketing copy treats them as live.
Accounts
You may be asked for a name and email. You must give a real email you are allowed to use. There is no password. You are responsible for the browser where the session cookie is stored. You can sign out, which removes the session from that browser.
Templates and licences
Each template page states whether the files are offered under an MIT notice that must stay with the files, or under a commercial licence for an original Nexify template. The licence on the product page, not this summary, sets what you may do with that template.
A template downloaded during an active membership stays usable under its stated licence after the membership ends, for the projects you started with it. Ending a membership stops new downloads; it does not withdraw a licence you already received. Downloading a template is not a transfer of our brand.
You may not present Nexify or NEXAITECH LTD as your own brand, or resell the catalogue itself as a competing marketplace.
AI tools and the editor
AI generation, AI editing, and the drag-and-drop editor are described in the AI Usage Policy. They are not switched on here. When they are, output may be wrong, similar to other people’s work, or unfit for a regulated use. You must review it before you publish it.
Your content
You keep ownership of text, images, and sites you supply. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host and display that material only so we can provide the service you asked for. You promise you have the rights you need. We do not claim copyright in your content.
Our intellectual property
The Nexify name, logo, and the design of this website belong to NEXAITECH LTD or its licensors. Template files are licensed, not sold, except where a mandatory right says otherwise. These terms do not promise that an AI output, if AI is later enabled, is unique or that copyright in it vests in you. That question depends on the law and on the inputs.
Membership, payments, and renewal
The Membership page and the checkout screen show the plan, the price, the currency, the billing period, and that the plan renews automatically, before you continue to payment. Prices are in US dollars. Neither confirmation box at checkout is ticked for you.
The first payment is taken when you complete Stripe Checkout. The membership then renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually, and the same price is charged to the payment method you gave Stripe, until you cancel. If we change the price, we will tell you before the renewal it applies to, and you can cancel before then.
Card data is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store raw card numbers. If a renewal payment fails, membership access can be paused until the payment succeeds or the membership ends.
If the Membership page says purchase is not open, no payment can be taken and no membership exists.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from your account through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Details are in the Cancellation Policy. Refunds, including the 14-day right for consumers, are described in the Refund Policy. Statutory rights are not excluded.
Prohibited use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close a session, and later an account, if we reasonably believe these terms or the law are being broken. We will tell you unless the law stops us or the notice would harm another person or an investigation.
Availability
The site is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Template files can be withdrawn if a licence problem appears. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that UK law does not allow us to limit.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to use reasonable care, and for digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose you made known, or as described. If you are a business, our liability for a claim about the site in a 12-month period is limited to the membership fees you paid us in that period, or £100 if you paid nothing, except where the law does not allow that cap.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which they live. Business users accept the courts of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory consumer right.
